At this stage
Outlook will then proceed to sync your desktop client with the Exchange
server, depending how many emails you have stored on there, this may
take some time.
You’ll
also notice you have 2 lots of personal folders. One will be for your
exchange server (which is where your new emails will go) and the other
one will be for your old emails. If you want to
add these to the Exchange server it’s just a matter of
dragging the folder into the Exchange profile (you’ll see it
on the left side in Outlook).
